Founder & CEO

Profile Summary: Jason Musser is the visionary founder and Owner of Musser Automotive, established in 2014. With his deep expertise in electrical systems and diagnostics, Jason now focuses on expanding the business through strategic growth and acquisitions. His leadership and commitment have been pivotal in establishing Musser Automotive as a leading name in the industry.

Professional Experience: Since founding Musser Automotive, Jason has applied his extensive knowledge of automotive electrical systems and diagnostics to ensure top-quality service. His role has evolved to include overseeing business development efforts, managing expansion projects, and exploring new opportunities to enhance the company's growth.

Education: Jason earned a Master’s degree in Mathematics from Western Kentucky University (WKU) in 2011. His analytical skills and problem-solving abilities are reflected in his approach to both automotive diagnostics and business management.

Community Involvement: Jason is actively involved in the Bowling Green community as a member of the Bowling Green Chamber of Commerce and the Bowling Green Kiwanis Club. Additionally, he runs a small non-profit organization called the Musser Auto Assistance Fund, which provides crucial support for individuals in dire financial need with their vehicle repairs.

Passions & Interests: Outside of work, Jason is passionate about motorcycles, muscle cars, and high-performance Japanese vehicles, including his own 1996 Nissan 240SX with an RB25DET engine swap. He enjoys spending time with his two dogs and his growing family of four children, with hopes of expanding his family further in the future.

DWAYNE
Service Manager

Service Advisor

Originally from the backwoods of Hart County, Ben’s background in farming with his family instilled a strong work ethic and practical skills that he now applies to his role. His extensive experience across multiple dealerships, including VW, Chevy, and Nissan, makes him a valuable asset to our team.

Professional Experience: With more than 10 years in the automotive industry, Ben has developed a deep understanding of service operations and customer relations. His career spans various dealership environments, where he has honed his skills in managing service workflows, addressing customer needs, and ensuring satisfaction. Ben’s broad experience with different vehicle brands enables him to provide informed advice and excellent service.

Senior Service Technician

His unwavering commitment and deep passion for building and racing cars make him an irreplaceable asset to our team and a key contributor to our success.

Professional Experience: Ron’s career spans several decades, during which he has developed exceptional skills in automotive repair and performance tuning. His lifelong dedication to working on cars is evident in his ability to diagnose complex issues and perform high-quality repairs. His extensive experience includes significant work on high-performance vehicles, where his proficiency in engine rebuilding, diagnostics, and system enhancements has driven Musser Automotive’s growth. Ron’s resilience and dedication, particularly during the tornado of 2021, underscore his crucial role in our company’s ongoing success.

Chris
Senior Service Technician

Profile Summary:  Chris is a highly accomplished Master Service Technician at Musser Automotive with many decades of professional experience in the automotive repair industry. Having learned from some of the most skilled and respected mechanics across Virginia and Kentucky, Chris combines a lifetime of real-world knowledge with an unwavering commitment to precision, safety, and doing the job right the first time. His vast exposure to virtually every make and model has made him one of the most versatile and dependable technicians on our team.

Professional Experience:  Throughout his distinguished career, Chris has worked in a wide variety of independent and dealership shops, mastering the diagnosis and repair of domestic, Asian, European, and even specialty vehicles—including a memorable service call on a Zamboni ice resurfacer! Now at Musser Automotive, he continues to apply his deep expertise while mentoring younger technicians and ensuring every vehicle leaves in perfect condition.

Professional Experience:  Over the past 15 years, Will has worked in several automotive shops, gaining a wide array of hands-on experience and developing expertise in both routine maintenance and complex diagnostics. He has held ASE certifications, and takes pride in his ability to solve challenging problems efficiently. Outside of work, Will continues to work on his own personal automotive projects, constantly sharpening his skills and staying up-to-date with industry trends.

Passions & Interests:  Will’s passion for working on cars extends beyond the shop. He enjoys building and repairing vehicles in his free time. In addition to his automotive career, Will spent over 14 years as an independent professional wrestler, traveling across multiple states, and has dedicated most of his adult life to serving as a volunteer firefighter. His strong sense of discipline, teamwork, and service carries through every aspect of his life and work.

Kameron
Service Technician

Profile Summary: Kameron is the youngest member of the Musser Automotive team, but don’t let that fool you—he is known for his exceptional work ethic and rapid learning abilities. With a fresh perspective and enthusiasm, Kameron embodies the promise of the next generation in the automotive industry.

Professional Experience: Despite being new to the field, Kameron has quickly proven himself as a valuable asset, mastering essential automotive skills in record time. His hands-on training and dedication have equipped him to tackle both routine maintenance and more intricate repairs.
