Profile Summary: Jason Musser is the visionary founder and Owner of Musser Automotive, established in 2014. With his deep expertise in electrical systems and diagnostics, Jason now focuses on expanding the business through strategic growth and acquisitions. His leadership and commitment have been pivotal in establishing Musser Automotive as a leading name in the industry.


Professional Experience: Since founding Musser Automotive, Jason has applied his extensive knowledge of automotive electrical systems and diagnostics to ensure top-quality service. His role has evolved to include overseeing business development efforts, managing expansion projects, and exploring new opportunities to enhance the company's growth.


Education: Jason earned a Master’s degree in Mathematics from Western Kentucky University (WKU) in 2011. His analytical skills and problem-solving abilities are reflected in his approach to both automotive diagnostics and business management.

Community Involvement: Jason is actively involved in the Bowling Green community as a member of the Bowling Green Chamber of Commerce and the Bowling Green Kiwanis Club. Additionally, he runs a small non-profit organization called the Musser Auto Assistance Fund, which provides crucial support for individuals in dire financial need with their vehicle repairs.


Passions & Interests: Outside of work, Jason is passionate about motorcycles, muscle cars, and high-performance Japanese vehicles, including his own 1996 Nissan 240SX with an RB25DET engine swap. He enjoys spending time with his two dogs and his growing family of four children, with hopes of expanding his family further in the future.

Professional Experience:  From teenage wrench-turning to hands-on rebuild projects, Carley has spent decades immersed in automotive culture, giving her an instinctive feel for both the mechanical and human sides of the industry. Now at Musser Automotive, she excels at listening to customers, coordinating accurate diagnoses, and ensuring every vehicle leaves safer and more reliable than when it arrived.

His vast exposure to virtually every make and model has made him one of the most versatile and dependable technicians on our team.



Professional Experience:  Throughout his distinguished career, Chris has worked in a wide variety of independent and dealership shops, mastering the diagnosis and repair of domestic, Asian, European, and even specialty vehicles—including a memorable service call on a Zamboni ice resurfacer! Now at Musser Automotive, he continues to apply his deep expertise while mentoring younger technicians and ensuring every vehicle leaves in perfect condition.

Professional Experience:  Over the past 15 years, Will has worked in several automotive shops, gaining a wide array of hands-on experience and developing expertise in both routine maintenance and complex diagnostics. He has held ASE certifications, and takes pride in his ability to solve challenging problems efficiently. Outside of work, Will continues to work on his own personal automotive projects, constantly sharpening his skills and staying up-to-date with industry trends.

In addition to his automotive career, Will spent over 14 years as an independent professional wrestler, traveling across multiple states, and has dedicated most of his adult life to serving as a volunteer firefighter. His strong sense of discipline, teamwork, and service carries through every aspect of his life and work.
